[Eoscstudents] Homecoming Week - November 7-12, 2022

With homecoming week fast approaching, Student Services would like to
provide you with some information regarding the activities planned during
the week. Some of the events are still in the planning stage so please be
looking for future emails with more information. Spirit Stick points will
be given to clubs/teams who participate in the events listed below. Please
let us know if you have any questions.

*Monday, November 7th*

EOSC Shirt Stenciling -
Student Center Amphitheater
11 a.m. every day except Tuesday
 Students will need to provide their own shirt and Student Services will
provide the stencils and bleach spray. There is no limit to the number of
shirts you can stencil.

Chili Cook-Off -
Student Center Ballroom 6 p.m.
This event is open to all students, clubs, athletic teams and the public.
If you would lille to enter the cook-off, information and registration can

*Tuesday, November 8th *

Scavenger Hunt
Campus Wide
This event is still in the planning process, an email will be sent later
this week with more details.

Street Dance
Student Center Parking Lot
7 p.m.
Refreshments will be provided

*Wednesday, November 9th *

Gurney Races
Front of the Field House
3 p.m.
This event will require a four person team. One person will be on the
gurney, one person pushing the gurney and one person on each side of the
gurney to help steer. Teams will need to register before the event. An
email will be sent out later this week for team registration.

Me Eastern Contest
Mitchell Hall Auditorium
7 p.m.
Registration forms were emailed to all club advisors and team coaches this
morning. If you would like to participate and are not a member of an
organization, please contact Student Services.

*Thursday, November 10th*

Door Decorating Contest
Deadline is 2 p.m.
You can begin decorating your club/team door anytime starting Monday,
November 7, 2022. The deadline will be 2 p.m. on Thursday. Judging will
take place at 2 p.m.

Minute to Win It Games
Mitchell Hall Auditorium
7 p.m.
There is no need to register for this event. Just show up and be ready to
play at 7 p.m.

*Friday, November 11th*

Pep Rally
Student Center Amphitheater
4 p.m.
Introduction of athletic teams, games for students and staff

Bonfire
Behind Choctaw Hall
7 p.m.
Music, s'mores and hot chocolate

*Saturday, November 12th *

Parade
11 a.m.
If you are interested in participating in the parade, information and the
registration form can be found at Events | Eastern Oklahoma State College

Tailgate
Student Center Front Lawn
12-2 p.m.
Hamburgers, sides, cookies and drinks provided. Lawn games will also be set
up on the west lawn

Cornhole Tournament
Student Center Lawn
12-2 p.m.
Teams will need to register before the event, an email will be sent out
later this week with registration information.
