Happy Columbus Day everyone,<br>

What a nice weekend we had! I hope you all got out and enjoyed
yourselves. We had a good time going to a family reunion and the
Bigfoot Festival. (No, they were not the same event.) And just think,
in a couple of weeks we'll be having the Fall Festival here! Get
ready to shop! <br>
<br>
In case you haven't heard, our own Sue Lovett of Student Support
Services was the big winner of the Choctaw Nation Travel Plaza grand
prize of $1,500 worth of gasoline at their Customer Appreciation Day
last Friday. I bet she loved it, too. We may have trouble keeping
her at work now that she has so much gas money to blow! <br>

Our menu for today includes:<br>

Mashed potatoes and gravy<br>
Green beans<br>
Rice<br>
Pasta bar<br>
Rolls<br>

Our fast food is Chicken Fajitas, Refried Beans, and Spanish Rice.<br>

And for dessert try some luscious fruit Cobbler.</font><br>
