Hi folks,<br>

I heard it through the grapevine that <font color="#ff0000">today is
Sue Lovett's birthday</font>, so be sure and wish her a happy one if
she shows up. She may still be out driving up all that free gas she
won a while back. It should take her a while though so no telling
where she could go or what stories she could tell when she got back!<br>
<br>
I enjoyed attending the book reading by Rilla Askew last night of her
book "Fire in Beulah", and she mentioned that she may be back in the
spring for another similar event. <br>
<br>
The Goddard Building across the highway will be hopping tonight with
the 4H bunch all over there for their Halloween Bash. That is one
organization that really has a lot for kids to participate in. And
it's not all about showing livestock. They do a lot of educational and
fun field trips in the summer with the kids, and community service type
things, like the child ID booth they had at the Fall Festival last
weekend and the Veteran's Day Program coming up in November. It's
really a good thing for kids to get involved in.<br>
