<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt"><FONT face=Calibri>As you are aware, effective May 1, 2008 the Eastern Oklahoma State College Post Office will no longer be an authorized United States Post Office branch.<STRONG><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>U.S.P.S. Box Holders at Eastern that have <U><EM>three</EM></U> months or more left on their box rent are entitled to a refund.</STRONG><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"><STRONG> </STRONG><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-FAMILY: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">Eastern Oklahoma State College will remain a mail center and provide mail box service and most of the same services as before. </SPAN></SPAN>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt"><FONT face=Calibri>To process your refund you must come to the Eastern Oklahoma State College Post Office and fill out form 3533.<B style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal"> All refunds will be processed on April 28<SUP>th</SUP> and 29<SUP>th</SUP>, <I style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"><U>Only</U></I>. You will receive a U.S.P.S. money order. <U>The official box holder must process the refund. The funds will not be released to anyone else.<o:p></o:p></U></B></FONT></P>
