It looks like we've gone into the deep freeze looking for temperatures
this morning. My computer says it's 24 degrees outside. Definitely
not the kind of thing I like to see. And the extended forecast doesn't
look like it's going to be very warm any time soon. Looks like that
winter wardrobe will get some use after all.<br>
<br>
Be sure and watch the special program "Crystal Darkness" at 6:30 this
evening on most of our local channels. It is a special documentary on
the Crystal Meth problem. Sadly, probably all of us know someone whose
life has been affected adversely by this epidemic.<br>

Our menu for today includes:<br>
Hamburger steak<br>
Scalloped potatoes<br>
Green beans<br>
Winter blend vegetebles<br>
Baby carrots<br>
Fish sandwich on a bun<br>
Potato chips<br>

And for dessert have some of that wonderful, luscious Peaches and Cream
