Wow, what a great weekend it was for the Carnival! I got my caramel
apple first thing this year after missing out previously, so my sweet
tooth is happy. (They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away, but
I'm pretty sure a caramel apple a day won't keep the dentist away. I
still love 'em though!) And the weather was <u>beautiful</u>, topped
off by a big full moon for Halloween. <br>
<br>
It's looking like a great week coming up for Homecoming, too. The
weather just couldn't be better. Today's featured events are <font
color="#ff0000">Shopping Cart Jousting at 4:00 at the walking track</font>,
(makes me think of the after Christmas sales at Wal-Mart), followed by <font
color="#ff0000">Chris</font> <font color="#ff0000">Carter, Mentalist,
at 7:00 in the auditorium.</font> I can't wait to see this! Then the
Goddard Building will be open for groups who have floats entered in
Saturday's Homecoming Parade to work on their entries at 9:00 p.m. <br>
