It's cloudy again today, but the Weather Channel shows only a very
slight chance of any actual rain and that not until later this evening,
so just enjoy the great temperatures. The way the wind has been
blowing, it looks like it might be a great day to fly a kite.
Everything is really greening up and budding out with all this nice
weather we've been having. I've been enjoying my red bud trees and
forsythia bush blooming at my house, along with the smell of the wild
plum trees wafting in from the nearby woods. Our beautiful trees are
starting to bloom all over campus, too. It's really starting to look
and feel like spring.<br>
<br>
Don't forget the Biggest Loser weigh-in today! After being off last
week for Spring Break, our competitors need to go see if they derailed
or stayed on track in their weight loss efforts. There are seven weeks
left in the contest, and lots of nice weather coming to get out and
exercise in, so even if your results haven't been so great so far,
you've still got time to really make a difference in your chances of
winning and the state of your health. <br>
