Looks like another beautiful day coming up, so if you didn't blow away
yesterday, you can get out and enjoy more spring weather today.<br>

Loma Messex reports that the Biggest Loser contest still had several
"losers" doing well over Spring Break. One participant lost 5 pounds,
and several more lost 2 or so, so evidently some of you did resist the
temptation to pig out during the break. Maybe there was some
exercising going on. That's a great way to shed pounds. (Plus it
usually keeps you too busy to eat while you're doing it.) Just in the
interest of healthier snacking when I get the urge to munch on
something, I've started keeping bags of baby carrots. I like the
taste, and they're satisfying crunchy, and not dry so you don't really
need to drink anything to wash them down. <br>
