<big>We have had very little response from eligible students for grant

aid, so we will extend the deadline until Friday, Nov. 9th.  That's

tomorrow!  I would give a later deadline, but I am trying to make sure

the money is delivered to you before Christmas break.  <br>

I have had a lot of calls from students who are in their first semester

with Student Support Services and students who recieved the grant last

semester, but I need students who are:<br>

<br>

1.  In their second semester with the Student Support Services program<br>

2.  Who are recieving Pell in any amount.<br>

3.  Who did not receive a grant from Student Support Services last

semester<br>

4.  Who have preferably a 2.0 or better GPA<br>

5.  Who have done the <u>required</u> workshops, or can do them within

the next week.  These workshops take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour

to complete.  They are delivered on line or from a CD.  They are also

available to McAlester and Idabel students.<br>
