Violence Against Women Act , we publish statistics for certain crimes that
occurred on campus or non-campus property in the past 3 years. The new statistics

Police Department prepares this report to comply with the Clery Act. This
report is prepared in cooperation with local law enforcement agencies in the
area, Housing and Student Development, additional security authorities and
other departments which may have information necessary to comply with the Clery
Act. Each entity provides updated information on their educational efforts and
programs to comply with the Act. Campus crime, arrests and referral statistics
include those reported to the Campus Police, designated campus officials
(including but not limited to campus security authorities), and local law enforcement
agencies. Crime statistics are collected from public property immediately
adjacent to campus and all off campus locations either owned or controlled by

safety improvements, and the institutions policies on appliances, smoking, open

and faculty of potential threats and emergencies through various forms of
communication, including emails, RAVE Alert notifications, or other media as
appropriate. Notifications will be disseminated, without delay, unless issuing
a notification may compromise efforts to assist a victim, or to contain,
