This “Little League of Big Entertainers” was founded here in Oklahoma (see below for more information). He earned his Doctorate in School Administration at the University of Tulsa. He is a retired music teacher and high school principal. He is a retired United States Air Force Veteran holding the rank of Major. The Oklahoma State Legislature, titled him as "Oklahoma's Singing Ambassador."<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=font8 style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;vertical-align:baseline'><span style='color:black'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=font8 style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;vertical-align:baseline'><span style='color:black'>Dr. Dale has traveled all of the United States and many parts of the world performing! He is also a renowned musician who has written many songs about Oklahoma, including a national tour of his musical about Will Rogers.
