The recipient must attend full time (12 credit hours or more) at Eastern Oklahoma State College for academic year 2019-2020<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>4. The recipient must attend the annual OACC student award ceremony to be recognized as a recipient of the scholarship.
