<div dir="ltr"><p><b>Hello everyone,</b></p><p>The Science and Mathematics Division has proudly hosted the Math and Science Club for many years, providing students with opportunities to enhance their learning through extracurricular activities and community service.</p>
<p>We are pleased to announce that the first <strong>in-person meeting</strong> of the Math and Science Club will be held on <strong>Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. in Sullivan Hall, Room 102</strong>. The meeting will conclude by <strong>1:00 p.m.</strong> to avoid any conflict with scheduled classes.</p>
<p><strong>Agenda for the Meeting:</strong></p>

<p>Nomination of officers: President, Vice President, ESGA Representative, and Secretary/Treasurer.</p>

<li>
<p>Discussion of upcoming extracurricular and cultural activities.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Open forum for members to propose new and engaging club activities.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p>Serving in leadership positions such as those listed above is an excellent opportunity for personal growth and adds significant value to résumés, scholarship applications, and future academic or career endeavors.</p>
<p>We encourage all students to join the Math and Science Club. <strong>Membership is free</strong>, and participation provides valuable experiences that extend beyond the classroom.</p>

We will try our best to end the <span>meeting</span> at 1 PM in order to not interfere with scheduled classes. </p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 8pt;line-height:15.5467px;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">The main agenda of the <span>meeting</span> includes the nomination of the President, Vice President, ESGA Representative, and Secretary/Treasurer for the Math and Science <span>Club</span>. Holding leadership positions such as those just mentioned looks really wonderful and plays a critical role to employers/schools on resumes and scholarship/admission applications. In the next meeting, We will be discussing our <span>club</span>'s upcoming extracurricular and cultural activities.
