<div dir="ltr"><div><p class="gmail-isSelectedEnd">Hello Everyone,</p><p class="gmail-isSelectedEnd">The Science and Mathematics Division has proudly hosted the Math and Science Club for many years. The club provides students with valuable opportunities to enrich their learning beyond the classroom through extracurricular activities, leadership development, community service, and engagement with the college community.</p><p class="gmail-isSelectedEnd">The Math and Science Club will hold an <strong>in-person meeting this coming Thursday, September 10, at 12:30 PM in Sullivan Hall, Room 102</strong>. We will make every effort to conclude the meeting by <strong>1:00 PM</strong> so that students can return to their scheduled classes on time.</p><p class="gmail-isSelectedEnd">The primary agenda item will be the <strong>nomination and election of officers</strong> for the Math and Science Club. The available leadership positions include:</p><ul><li><strong>President</strong></li><li><strong>Vice President</strong></li><li><strong>ESGA Representative-2</strong></li><li><strong>Secretary/Treasurer</strong></li></ul><p class="gmail-isSelectedEnd">Serving in a leadership position within the Math and Science Club is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in leadership, communication, teamwork, organization, and service. Such experiences can also strengthen your <strong>resume and applications for scholarships, internships, employment, and college or graduate-school admission</strong>.</p><p class="gmail-isSelectedEnd">At the same time, <strong>every member plays an equally important role in the success of the club</strong>. Your ideas, participation, enthusiasm, and efforts are essential to making our activities successful and creating meaningful experiences for everyone.</p><p class="gmail-isSelectedEnd">We will also discuss the club’s upcoming activities and preparations for <strong>Trunk or Treat and Homecoming</strong>.</p><p class="gmail-isSelectedEnd">We strongly encourage all interested students to attend the meeting, participate in the discussion, and consider becoming an active member of the Math and Science Club.
