be used for WiMAX on your campuses. OneNet has been awarded a nation wide
license for 3650 which could be used on each of your campuses, but our rights
to do so do not become protected until we actually deploy in that spectrum and
in that geography. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

operators have a tremendous incentive to do the same and deploy radios near
your campuses first! This is a “Land Grab” situation set up by the
FCC and they have given us a fair chance to grab the rights over our campuses
first. If we don’t do it, and somebody else does, we will have no one to
blame but ourselves.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

equipment for a minimal WiMAX 3650 deployment to cover the average campus (<
1 Mile square) for about $20k. Doing so, and registering that on the FCC web
site with OneNet’s license will give us rights to that service and other
operators won’t be able to move in on you.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

soon. I will not be surprised when a big carriers suddenly registers these
systems all over <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Oklahoma</st1:place></st1:State>.
Doing so, under the FCC’s first-come-first-served rule will lock them in
and us out.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
