<P><FONT SIZE=2>It is time to nominate new OLAC Officers. We will be selecting a President Elect and a Secretary. Present Officers are: President - Sandra Welch, President Elect - Ron Hancock, Treasurer - Diane Hogue, Secretary - Melissa Elzo. Ron Hancock will be the new President and Lynn Groves will be the new Treasurer. The Treasurer serves for three years and a Treasurer Elect is selected prior to the third year. All other office terms are one year. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2>Institutional voting members shall be limited to all lenders who do business with OGSLP and whose current membership dues ($150) are paid in full (inclusive of secondary markets and servicers). </FONT></P>
