<BR><B><FONT SIZE=4 FACE="Times New Roman">005889 to 003184-01 !!!!</FONT></B>
<BR><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">The University of Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences<BR>
Center want to notify lenders, servicers, guarantee agencies, and other<BR>
interested parties that OUHSC will be changing its Title IV school code<BR>
for loans from 005889 to 003184-01. We hope to have this change completed<BR>
with the Department of Education by the first week of May. </FONT>
<BR><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">There will be no operational changes in the offices or with personnel, etc.<BR>
It is strictly a code change. We are currently talking to ELM and NSLDS,<BR>
but they have told us that the Department of Education must make the<BR>
change on their system before anyone else can do anything. We will<BR>
send out an announcement when that occurs. We anticipate the change<BR>
to take place by or shortly after May 1, 2008. All 2008-09 loans will<BR>
be processed under the new code of 003184-01. In the meantime, we will<BR>
contact many of our lenders by telephone. </FONT>
<BR><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Please note that on the FAFSA, students will still see 005889, University<BR>
of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center when they go in to apply. We are<BR>
converting this code to the 003184-01 internally.<BR>
