<P><FONT COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial">ED has announced a Webinar regarding</FONT> <FONT FACE="Arial">the Department’s plans to purchase FFEL Program loans and Participation Interests in FFEL Program loans under the provisions of the Ensuring Continued Access to Student Loans Act of 2008 (Pub. L. 110-227)</FONT><FONT COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial">. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT FACE="Arial">The Webinar will include a review the operational procedures of the 2009-2010 Loan Purchase Programs, including the execution and submission of the Master Participation Agreement (MPA) and Master Loan Sale Agreement (MLSA).<B> The presentation will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm Central. </B></FONT></P>
