<LI><FONT face=Arial size=3>Economic Hardship Deferment Request </FONT>
<LI><FONT face=Arial size=3>Parent PLUS Borrower Deferment Request </FONT>
<LI><FONT face=Arial size=3>Education Related Deferment Request </FONT>
<LI><FONT face=Arial size=3>Public Service Deferment Request </FONT>
<LI><FONT face=Arial size=3>Temporary Total Disability Deferment Request
</FONT>
<LI><FONT face=Arial size=3>Parental Leave/Working Mother Deferment Request
</FONT></LI></UL>

size=3>OGSLP Website</FONT></A><FONT face=Arial size=3>. We encourage you
to <SPAN class=930184517-03082009>begin</SPAN> using the new forms
now. After January 1, 2010, only the new forms can be provided to
borrowers; however you may continue to process previous versions of the form
