Re:            Closing of EC 2023.11 and EC 2023.12

According to the latest enrollment numbers the maximum amount of students
for EC 2023 has been reached for both sections.  I am requesting that these
courses be officially closed and a mass email sent out to faculty so those
who are enrolling will not override the enrollment system and put students
in.  I am making this request as the classroom for the courses have only 35
chairs and there is no way other chairs can be brought in to accommodate any
extra students.  

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
