[Lu_faculty] Academic Standing Clearance Form

Ms. Adams,

 

Attached, please find the pdf format of the form that will be used to notify
the Registrar's Office at the Main Campus that you have spoken with the
students on Warning and Probation in order for the Registrar's Office to
remove the student's academic hold.  The students on Academic Suspension
must have been approved by the Appeals Committee to return before you need
to complete this form for them.   

 

I have informed the faculty that you and some of the Registrar's  Office
staff will be located in the Atrium for August 11-13, 2010 from 9 a.m. to 5
p.m. and for them to send students to you before the hold will be removed.
