As a part of the Langston University’s Professional Development Program,
the Human Resources Office will host a Series of workshops on Customer
Service. Series C Workshops will be presented at 9-10am and 1-2pm.
Series A Workshops will be presented at 10-11am and Series B will be
presented at 11-12noon on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 in Sanford Hall
Room 123. These workshops are 3 in a series of Customer Service video
presentations that will discuss the importance of exemplary Customer
Service, each series will be 100 points.
