We are in the final phase of completing the new 2010-2011 LU Phone Directory.

Please review the attached phone directory by verifying that YOUR individual information is
complete and correct.

Please give all corrections to the lead person in your unit to RETURN CORRECTIONS TO THE
EMAIL ADDRESS LISTED BELOW.

Corrections made on hardcopies can be delivered to the ITS front desk in Calvin Hall.


Supervisors:
Please check that each of your staff members are listed with correct information.

CORRECTIONS, MODIFICATIONS, ADDITIONS,&  DELETIONS ARE ALL DUE BY
3PM, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH.
