Dear Langston University Community of Scholars:

As you know, we have just completed the new Tri-Campus Faculty and 
Staff Directory. Our hope is that it will be an easy-to-use and 
effective tool in managing your contacts and correspondence. 
However,it has been brought to our attention that there were a few 
errors in the current publication that needed to be corrected. We are 
diligently working to fix those issues and in keeping with that effort 
we would like to solicit your assistance: we ask that you take a few 
moments to peruse your copy of the directory and should you notice any 
pertinent information that needs be corrected or included, you contact 
us so that it may be addressed. We are endeavoring to have these 
issues rectified quickly and efficiently so we ask that you submit 
all requests by 1:00pm tomorrow (01/13/11) so that they may be 
included in the final publication. We appreciate your assistance in 
this matter and look forward to further serving you in the semester to 
come.
