2010 W-2 tax forms will be available for pick up beginning Thursday, 
January 20, 2011 in the Office of Human Resources, Room 222. 
(Employees will be required to show a photo I.D.)

All remaining forms will be mailed on Wednesday, January 26, 2011. 

W-2’s for employees located on the Tulsa and Oklahoma City campuses 
were mailed January 19, 2011.
