The Faculty Advisory Council (FAC) for the Oklahoma State Regents of Higher Education requests that you complete this short faculty opinion survey; the results of which will serve as the basis for their future work plan.  The link to the survey is at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/PL98WRQ.  Responses are anonymous and will be aggregated by institution then summarized by type of institution for the FAC to review.
