This semester faculty development has been opened to include all faculty, staff, and administrators. </span></div>

and Learning: Quality, Resources, and Support. Faculty development is a series of professional development presentations that

<li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0); font-family:Calibri,sans-serif; font-size:16px">Inform and influence </span><font face="Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16px">pedagogical practices</span></font></li><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0); font-family:Calibri,sans-serif; font-size:16px; font-style:normal; font-weight:normal; text-decoration:none">Improve instructional delivery</span></li><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0); font-family:Calibri,sans-serif; font-size:16px; font-style:normal; font-weight:normal; text-decoration:none">Innovate course delivery</span></li><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0); font-family:Calibri,sans-serif; font-size:16px; font-style:normal; font-weight:normal; text-decoration:none">Streamline or assist in focusing assessment efforts</span></li><li><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0); font-family:Calibri,sans-serif; font-size:16px; font-style:normal; font-weight:normal; text-decoration:none">Increase grant writing capacity and efforts, and</span></li><li><font face="Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:16px">Provide knowledge of Langton University’s functions</span></font></li></ol>

on the end of year survey. All presentations must align with the topics above, but can cover content of the presenter’s choosing. </span></font></div>
