<div dir="ltr">Thank you all for your input! It seems that I have a variation of how many years of agenda/minutes I have for the board and each committee. <p>I'm thinking the same thing. And they need to be available so if anyone stops by and asks to see minutes from whatever meeting, so you can hand it to them.</p>
<p>At a training session, I learned you are supposed to gather minutes from all board meetings from the beginning of time, and if you don't have them from a period of time, you need to include a dated letter stating they are missing. This way, if someone needed to see all of your minutes from forever, it doesn't look like you pulled some out when they asked.</p>
