I have been working with our IT department and have extended the time allowed to make corrections. </div>

If the computer catches and error in your Reinvestment Report submission you will receive the email and example below. You will now have
<span style="color: rgb(200, 38, 19);"><b><u>72 hours</u></b></span>, to make your corrections. </div>

At the bottom of the email you will see "<u>review your submission</u>" this link will take you to the report in question. </div>

Corrections will need to be made by the monthly due date in order to receive the Quality Assurance Points. I would suggest not waiting until the last day to submit if you are going to be away from your computer. </div>

Any corrections that are not made within the 72 hours, will need to be made on the RR Spreadsheet, a copy of the spreadsheet will be attached to the "error email"; however it can also be found on the Main Street Portal in the Economic Vitality Tab - Reinvestment
Report Toolkit folder.</div>

1. A quantity was entered, but no dollar amount was provided.<br>
Example: "Number of Buildings Sold" is listed as 1, but no dollar amount is entered in "Buildings Sold Amount."<br>
OR<br>

2. The quantity is 0, but a dollar amount was entered.<br>
Example: "Number of Buildings Sold" is 0, but "Buildings Sold Amount" is $40,000.<br>
