<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Since we have a lot of new directors I hust wanted to put a friendly reminder out to you all that if your Main Street program is subject to the Open Meetings Act, you have to list your meetings in advance
of the coming year (2026). The deadline to have all meetings listed with the Secretary of State is Monday, December 15<sup>th</sup>, 2025.

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">You will then go to meeting notices. At the top right hand corner is the log in. If you don’t have an account you will need to create one.

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Once logged in you should see a create/add line on the left hand side. From there you will add your meetings for the next year. Include date, time and place of meetings.</span></p>
