<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Since we have a lot of new directors I hust wanted to put a friendly reminder out to you all that if your Main Street program is subject to the Open Meetings Act, you have to list your meetings in advance
of the coming year (2026). The deadline to have all meetings listed with the Secretary of State is Monday, December 15<sup>th</sup>, 2025.
