<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Yes, we receive funding from the city via annual contract, so we are subject to open meetings but from my understanding not all programs that receive funding from their cities are required to adhere to the
Open Meetings Act. I believe that it is depends on how your contract is done at the local level. Is that correct, Kelli? I have been told from other directors that if they are paid as a vendor with the city that they are not subject to it the same way.

of the coming year (2026). The deadline to have all meetings listed with the Secretary of State is Monday, December 15<sup>th</sup>, 2025.
