As we are working through the 2025 reinvestment reports, I have seen multiple communities that have duplicate entries. Because of this, today I will be sending each of you and your board president an Excel sheet of your 2025 reporting for you to double-check
and send back, highlighting what needs to be taken out if needed. Be sure to double-check your totals as well.</p>
