<p class="MsoNormal">Attached are the Program Director forms to nominate the Program Director of the Year.  The Board President MUST nominate the Director in order for them to be considered.  The attachment for the Board President is listed “Program Director

 Year Form”.  The Program Director must have been the Director for the whole year of 2016.  Previous winners can be nominated again.<o:p></o:p></p>
