<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Gill Sans MT","sans-serif"">The Technical Preservation Services (TPS) division of the National Park Service (NPS)<span style="color:#1F497D"> reviews and approves Historic Preservation Certification Applications,
Parts 1, 2, and 3. required for projects to qualify for the federal rehabilitation tax incentives. They</span>
<span style="color:#1F497D">are</span> moving <span style="color:#1F497D">their </span>
office in April 2017.<span style="color:#1F497D"> TPS has asked the SHPOs to help make the move as smooth as possible, and, therefore, we will transmit no HPCAs to them during the period April 3-11, 2017.<o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Gill Sans MT","sans-serif";color:#1F497D"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Gill Sans MT","sans-serif"">As a result of the move, applicants should expect delays in the billing and input of applications as well as any mail-outs of review decisions during this period. Project review times
will likely extend up to 45-60 days for the next few months. The schedule for packing, moving, and unpacking is below:
