insurance company loses money on the city overall, our prices increase even if I didn’t use much personally. It is listed as its own budget item.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">MSD offers 11 vacations days and 5 sick days for those employed less than five years, there after (the five year period) the board can vote to increase the vacation days. No retirement and only “benefit” is a
$25/month cell phone allowance. Also, I’ve recently had to set my employee evaluation for late May/early June so we can appropriate a raise prior to the fiscal year to set the budget accordingly –I didn’t do this last year and got a new President which caused
a little confusion so I would STRONGLY encourage you to set the dates (possibly in your work plans) so you can plan accordingly.
