Our little PayPal donate button at the bottom of our website doesn't do any good because we don't push it or make it more obvious on the page like we should.

But we do use PayPal for several things! You can create buttons for one-time any amount donations, specific amounts, or payment subscriptions.

We have some members who are on the automatic subscription of monthly payments. We also have an option to split up a $100 donation into 4 monthly payments. It automatically stops after those 4 payments.

The only drawback I know of is dealing with the fees and accounting. QuickBooks and PayPal don't get along, so we have to manually enter the income and the fees as expenses.

But it's worth it!

Greetings! Do you accept online and/or Facebook donations? How do you go about doing so? Are there any drawbacks to accepting them? What about monthly set amount donations? Thank you in advance for any advice or guidance
