<p class="MsoNormal">Obviously, it's going to be a longer-term issue for the reviewers. While we should be able to get (mostly) back on track for Part 1s and 3s over the next few weeks, the reviews for Part 2s are going to be significantly delayed for some
time for most reviewers. Right now, a few reviewers are at about 30 days, and the rest are generally at 60 days or more due to the shutdown. But as the new applications continue to come in, get logged in, and paid, the backlog is only going to grow, so it's
going to get worse before it gets better, and it's likely going to take several months as we gradually chip away at the backlog to get back to more regular review times. Your assigned reviewer will be able to better keep you updated on the status of their
reviews for your state.<o:p></o:p></p>

was enacted to amend the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). </span><span style="background:yellow">Sec. 13402 of </span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;background:yellow">Pub. L. 115-97 modifies the </span><b><span style="font-size:10.0pt">20% Historic Rehabilitation
Tax Credit</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> <span style="background:yellow">and repeals the</span>
<b>10% Rehabilitation Tax Credit</b> <span style="background:yellow">for non-historic buildings, </span></span><span style="background:yellow">as well as provides transition rules for both credits. These and other changes to the IRC may affect a taxpayer's
ability to use the 20% Historic Tax Credit. The text of Pub.
