(the good, the bad and the ugly) and finally hear from a developer who has rehabilitated three different types of resources (historic grocery/hotel, a mid-century building and a historic convent/school in process).<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Don’t forget to register for the Downtown Chickasha walking tour (with Ron Frantz as your guide) where you will hear from the locals about restoring buildings in the downtown, learn from OU students about the recent parking study (people
always complain that there isn’t enough; can’t wait to see what they actually found), hear from Preservation Oklahoma, Inc. regarding endangered downtown historic theaters and finally hear from the SHPO and City staff about what to do when the Federal Government
leaves their building in your downtown.<o:p></o:p></p>
