Greetings!

One of NASSGAP's contacts at the US Department of Education who works
with FAFSA design contacted us today to ask for a list of states whose
state need grant programs are decentralized.

If your state has a state-funded need grant program, please respond to
this email or to one of the email addresses in the signature block below
with a one-word response to this question: Is the administration of
your state's primary need grant program decentralized or centralized?

Apologies for the short notice, but they asked us to provide a list by
COB tomorrow, December 2.

Best regards,

Susan Degen
