<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.5in;line-height:150%"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education approved today $963.4 million in state appropriations for the
state system of higher education for FY 2016, contingent on final approval by Gov. Mary Fallin. This represents a 2.44 percent decrease from the FY 2015 appropriation.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.5in;line-height:150%"><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">“We
