[Oacrao-l] Oklahoma's Promise Fee Scholarships

At OSU, the Cowboy Covenant Program helps assist Oklahoma Promise students with mandatory fees and textbooks.  In Fall 2012, this program was updated from a variable amount to a set amount which students receive each year as long as they remain eligible. I had a question this morning about Oklahoma's Promise and Fee Scholarships. What institutions provide scholarships for fees along with Oklahoma's Promise and are those scholarships total, partial or a set amount?
