[Oacrao-l] Question

Colleagues,
I have a student with hours from California.  On the CA transcript, they specifically say that courses marked 0-99 are developmental.  They then go on to state that courses 100 or 200 are college-level. They report her to the National Student Clearinghouse with more college-level hours than we currently show. When we compare some of her hours, e.g. College Writing or  Intermediate Algebra, to several Oklahoma institutions, you are calling those hours developmental.  Do any of you have thoughts to share on this subject?
