[Oacrao-l] transfer credit question

We received a transcript from Community Care College out of Tulsa for a student that took some Early Childhood Education courses and received a diploma for that program with 31 credits.  They are not regionally accredited.  I am still unsure about the process of checking on courses where the institution is not regionally accredited.  Have you ever received a transcript from this institution?
