[Oacrao-l] Test Optional Admission and Assessment for Onboarding FTF

Friends,
  I am curious about your practices with regards to assessment of FTF who are test optional.  We expect a sharp increase in assessment.  What are your practices / policies as to when they assess relative to advising as well as how it fits within your larger onboarding processes? Do you foresee any challenges?
