We look forward to seeing you (via Zoom) at the OACRAO 2022 Spring Policy Workshop on Tuesday, February 22, at 9:00 A.M.   If you have a question for Dr. Foster to address following the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education (OSHRE) Policy Updates, you may click the Ask the Regents link below to submit your question anonymously.

9:05 AM    WELCOME & OACRAO EC Updates- Janet Kelley, Registrar at Northeastern State University, OACRAO President
9:15 AM    OSRHE Policy Updates - Kyle Foster, Ph.D., Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.

  *   This session will provide updates to State Regents' policies and procedures as well as planned upcoming changes. The session will also offer an opportunity for questions.
11:00 AM   General Discussion - Ross Mehl, Admissions Specialist, for the University of Oklahoma and OACRAO Communications Coordinator and Webmaster will facilitate the discussion.

  *   Open to all attendees
11:30 AM  Survival Tools - Teri Cochran, Ed.D., Director of Student Financial Services at NSU will lead us through yoga practices to help us

  *   start the day - with a breath pattern to energize and activate
  *   throughout the day - gentle stretching for desk jockeys to relieve muscular tension
  *   finish the day - calm and soothe our nervous system with a breath pattern for stress reduction
Noon     Workshop wrap up and adjournment
