  *   Unsubscribe from this list (you will not receive messages further)
  *   Subscription of another individual (please provide their email, and first/last name)
  *   Acknowledgement of own posts (i.e. do you want to be notified of your posts here?)
  *   Setting to eliminate you receiving your own messages to the listserv (new posts or replies), submitted back to you in email form.
  *   Messages in digest form (do you want messages submitted to you every day, compiled together).  If no, they'll be submitted in separate emails.
