The impetus behind one I remember in the last five years had to do with faculty interest to show a true reflection of the student's efforts by showing the +/-. In the end, the proposal did not move forward for OSRHE consideration and I do not know the particular reason/s. It was an institutional decision.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>One important consideration is the overall intent of OSRHE policy to encourage uniformity in the State System and transfer within the State System, i.e., how would the +/- be applied at other campuses?
