DOD has placed a deadline of 31 December 2011 for all institutions to have a signed MOU on record. If a school/university does not have a signed MOU on file by 31 December 2011, then our Oklahoma National Guard SMs will not be able to utilize FTA to attend your institution on or after 1 January 2012.
