<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">We started imaging several years ago with Docubase. It was a very frustrating experience. This past year we converted to BIS & they converted our Docubase files into their system. We are now sharing documents
between the 3 sites. It has reduced our faxing by 99.9%. I received permission this week from the Dept of Libraries to shred…it will be quite a truckload. I am keeping hard copies of the student files of the active status students for a year. I am doing
this until we have worked out the “bugs.”<o:p></o:p></span></p>
